Done in large square Folio (12 x 12 inches). 220pp. Original black cloth with gilt lettering to spine, upper board decorated and titled in blind. Ribbon marker. Printed on 110gsm Amber Graphic paper, well illustrated in colour and b&w. Edition limited to 525 numbered copies, 500 of which were for sale thus (the rest being for private distribution).
